About Us
We have worked hands-on with many dogs over the years across a wide spectrum of behavioral issues and training goals. We have experience working with many breeds, from working dogs such as Malinois, German Shepherds, Labrador Retrievers, and Australian Shepherds, to ancient breeds such as Huskies, Shiba Inus, Chow Chows, and many others.
Through this experience we have learned that there is no single way to train a dog. Every dog is different, and it is crucial to understand the individual dog and human in front of you. Our approach focuses on observing the dog, understanding its behavior and temperament, and choosing the training methods that best support both the dog and the owner.
We are committed to helping owners find the best path forward for their dog. Whether it is raising a puppy, addressing leash pulling, jumping, excessive barking, separation anxiety, reactivity toward dogs or people, resource guarding, or even more serious behavioral issues such as aggression, we have experience working through a wide range of challenges.
Proper Training Takes Time...
Many people believe their dog will be completely transformed after one or two sessions. While we often see meaningful changes even after the first session, the work is far from over. In order to truly help a dog, it takes time, effort, and consistency from the owner. Training does not end when the session ends — progress depends heavily on the work that continues at home.
If an owner is not willing to put in the time and effort, there will be little to no lasting change. Our goal is not to create temporary results, but to help owners build long-term success with their dog.
Be cautious of companies that advertise quick fixes. In many cases, those results are achieved through harsher methods intended to force compliance rather than create real understanding. In most situations, that approach is unnecessary.
We believe it is far better to take the time to train properly, building a strong and genuine relationship between dog and owner rather than creating a dog that simply obeys commands out of pressure.

Jaidyn Andersen
Jaidyn began training dogs at a very young age. She got her first dog, Axel, when she was 10 years old and quickly became deeply attached to him, taking her role as his owner very seriously. At the time, her family also had two other dogs: a yellow Labrador Retriever named Kiwi and a terrier named Benji.
When Axel was six months old, he attacked Benji over food. As the years went on, Axel was involved in at least 50 fights and scuffles. By the time Jaidyn was 11, she had witnessed these incidents many times and knew the situation was not improving. She decided to take it upon herself to figure out how to help him.
Through extensive trial and error, she eventually discovered what worked best for their situation: understanding dog psychology and behavior. By the age of 12, she was able to feed Axel and Benji together without conflict. Jaidyn credits this progress to learning how to understand the dogs’ behavior and provide clear leadership.
As she continued working through Axel’s behavioral issues, she gained more knowledge and experience. At 14, she worked with her first professional trainer, Kinsey Rising, who remains a mentor to both Jaidyn and Johnny today. Kinsey has played a significant role in their journey and development as trainers.
Jaidyn went on to train many friends’ and family members’ dogs and began to realize this was what God was calling her to do. In June of 2020, she began training dogs professionally after being encouraged by her friend, Johnny—who is now her husband—to start her own business. From there, her learning and experience have continued to grow.
"For anyone wondering how Axel is doing now, he is doing so much better than he was before. He is no longer aggressive and now lives peacefully with four other dogs (the other two passed away many years ago). He is constantly around dogs we are training and can walk nicely on leash without reacting to other dogs.
The difference from where he started is incredible. I used to be dragged down the street by him and couldn’t pass a single dog. I would avoid people entirely or not walk him at all because I was so scared and quite literally couldn't control him."
— Jaidyn Andersen
Johnny began working with dogs and people in August of 2019 when he was 15 years old. He was drawn into training after experiencing behavioral issues with his own dog. His German Shepherd, Phantom, charged and nipped his four-year-old brother when Phantom was only four months old.
Soon after, Johnny and his family began working with a professional trainer. However, the training they received did not effectively resolve the issue. Johnny continued searching for answers as many of the methods they tried did not help the situation.
Around that time, Johnny’s educational therapist gave him a book that would change the direction of his training journey: Cesar’s Way by Cesar Millan. Through reading Cesar’s book, he began learning more about how dogs think and how their behavior works. He applied what he learned and began making progress with Phantom.
Unfortunately, the situation remained too stressful for his family to maintain long-term. Johnny eventually helped find Phantom a new home in his own neighborhood through his newly created dog walking business. Phantom moved into a home with three other dogs: a pit bull named Molly, an English Mastiff named Beau, and a Yorkshire Terrier named Toby.
Johnny continued working with the dogs daily, fulfilling them, maintaining structure, and continuing his relationship with Phantom. During this time, his dog walking business began to grow, and many of his walking clients started asking for help with their own dogs’ behavioral issues.
As a result, Johnny’s work naturally expanded into 1:1 training sessions. Working with both the pack and his clients allowed him to gain experience and knowledge quickly while helping owners address the challenges they were facing with their dogs.

Johnny Andersen

Johnny continues to learn from every dog he works with. He shares the same determination as his wife, Jaidyn — to help each dog as thoroughly as possible by addressing the root of the problem rather than simply managing the symptoms. When he encounters a situation where he has exhausted his own knowledge or resources, he seeks guidance from other experienced professionals to ensure the dog receives the help it needs.
Education
Both Jaidyn and Johnny value continued education. Even though they achieve great results and have many happy clients, they are always looking to expand their knowledge. Each year they attend courses, workshops, and seminars to continue growing as trainers. Their education goes beyond training methods and includes canine nutrition, proper development, and overall physical health. This page will continue to be updated as they complete additional educational courses and training programs.
